Toxicology Testing of Nanomaterials:

Nanocalcium and nanochitosan are tested for toxicology in animal experiments using LD50, biocompatibility, and bioaccumulation methods to ensure their safety before use in humans.

Analysis of Composition and Biological Parameters

Proximate analysis was conducted to determine the nutritional composition, as well as blood calcium level testing to assess the effectiveness of these nanomaterials.

Development of Nanomaterials for Bone Regeneration:

Nanochitosan was developed from shrimp shells, and nanocalcium from green mussels and anchovies. Particles were analyzed using SEM/TEM, XRD, and FTIR. Nanomaterial combination ratios (1:1, 2:1, 1:2) were tested for bone regeneration optimization.

Clinical Testing and Technology Applications

Clinical trials were conducted to assess the effectiveness of the nanomaterials in bone regeneration, which included X-ray evaluation, ALP activity, and monitoring for side effects such as allergies or irritation.
