About

Welcome to Our Research Group

The Adhesive Dentistry Research Group is committed to developing dental materials
science and its applications. By integrating innovative technologies such as nanocalcium and nanochitosan derived from natural sources, the group aims to address challenges in bone and toothregeneration. Through a multidisciplinary approach, the team focuses on safety, effectiveness, and practical applications to improve oral health worldwide.

Mission

Exploring and developing innovative nanomaterial-based solutions to improve bone and tooth density. By utilizing advanced testing techniques as well as clinical testing, we aim to create effective, sustainable and potentially patentable solutions for applications in dentistry and bone regeneration.

AIM

The successful development of nanocalcium from green mussel and anchovy shells and nanochitosan from shrimp shells, which showed promising results in preclinical trials. These materials not only have potential in dentistry, but also in addressing bone density issues and stunting prevention.
