Prof. Dr. Ir. Darmawan Salman, MS is specializing in rural sociology and agricultural development. His work focuses on the critical role of social capital in strengthening rural resilience and promoting sustainable development. With decades of experience, Prof. Salman has led numerous studies exploring rural livelihood systems, community-based climate change adaptation, and the socio-economic dynamics of farming communities. His extensive portfolio includes influential publications, collaborative projects with national and international partners, and leadership in advancing innovative approaches to rural development
