Social Mapping and Baseline Studies

The research focuses on assessing community history, mapping social networks, analyzing livelihoods, and examining social institutions, including tribal communities (SIATC). It also aims to conduct gender-based activity analysis, identify local knowledge systems, develop an early conflict detection system and conflict measurement tool (“Neraca Konflik”), and analyze social capital to gain a comprehensive understanding of community dynamics and conflict management

Stakeholder Mapping

The research aims to develop a comprehensive stakeholder map, identifying key stakeholders, their influence, and potential impacts. It also seeks to assess potential social and economic impacts, formulate policies responsive to local needs, and design conflict resolution strategies alongside sustainable community development programs

Collaboration Penta Helix

The research focuses on developing a stakeholder engagement plan, including the frequency of engagement and methods for addressing stakeholder issues. It also examines communication channels, institutional and social transformation, and provides recommendations to minimize negative impacts while maximizing positive outcomes.
