Thematic Research Group (TRG) Track
- The Thematic Research Group (TRG) is a research group that focuses on a specific topic or theme, consisting of lecturers or researchers from within and outside Hasanuddin University;
- Prospective new students of Hasanuddin University can join a TRG with a lecturer or researcher by first communicating with the head and/or members of the TRG;
- Information on prospective main supervisors who are members of the TRG can be accessed through the page http://trg.unhas.ac.id;
- The selection process for prospective new master’s or doctoral students through the TRG track is carried out by the prospective main supervisor who is the head and/or member of each TRG;
- The selection process for prospective research track students considers English language proficiency (TOEFL); academic potential (TPA), research and scientific article writing skills. The documents that also need to be submitted to AMBioC include: Recent CV, Research Synopsis, Scopus link, link Google Scholar link, orcid ID, and Research Gate link
- After prospective new students are declared eligible to take the Research Track Master’s and Doctoral program, the prospective main supervisor issues a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) and then the prospective student registers as a student at Hasanuddin University through the page https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id, by uploading the required documents;
- Prospective new Master’s and Doctoral students of the Research Track who enter through the TRG are not subject to new student registration;
- Prospective students who have been declared passed are reported by the prospective main supervisor to the Head of the Study Program, Deputy Dean for Academic and Student Affairs and the Dean of the Faculty/School to be determined in the Rector’s Decree;
- Prospective students who pass the selection are determined by the Rector’s Decree and announced online in each participant’s account through the page https://regpmb.unhas.ac.id;
- Students who are declared to have passed the selection must re-register according to the specified schedule;
- Students who are declared to have passed the research track are not allowed to move to the lecture track (by course).
