Presenting a paper on estimating the potential of glass (clear) lobster seed resources in Indonesian waters. (Using “glass” is a common way to describe the clear larval stage of lobsters). So many methods are used for estimating lobster seed, but all of them seem to underestimate the reality of the business transaction in the illegal markets more than the estimation. The estimated potential of lobster seeds is around 260 million, while information from Vietnam indicates that 500 million are purchased from Indonesia. This fact highlights the need for a more accurate approach to calculating the potential.
