Implementation of Thematic Research Group Website Development at Hasanuddin University

Makassar, 5 February 2024 – Hasanuddin University (Unhas) continues to innovate in supporting research activities and academic collaboration. One of the latest steps is the implementation of the website development for the Thematic Research Group (TRG), which aims to strengthen communication and disseminate research findings to the broader community.

The website development process involves various parties, including the Unhas IT development team, researchers from different faculties, and relevant stakeholders. This website is designed to be an information hub for various thematic research groups at Unhas, allowing academics and researchers to share research findings, publications, and collaboration opportunities.

According to the Head of the Development Team, the TRG website development is expected to enhance the visibility of research conducted at Unhas and facilitate access to various academic resources. β€œWith this website, we aim to create a platform that not only showcases research findings but also serves as an interactive medium for researchers to network and collaborate on a broader scale,” he stated.

This website will feature various key elements, including a research database, researcher profiles, scientific publications, and discussion forums to strengthen academic interaction. Additionally, a user-friendly interface is a primary focus in its development to ensure easy accessibility for all users.

The university aims to launch the TRG website within the next few months. Following the launch, socialization and training sessions will be conducted for researchers and students to maximize the use of this platform.

With the presence of the Thematic Research Group website, Hasanuddin University is expected to be increasingly recognized as a higher education institution actively engaged in research and innovation, contributing significantly to the advancement of science and technology in Indonesia and globally.
