This community service project, funded by Internal Unhas, focuses on entrepreneurship training and assistance for soft spine milkfish processing at the Ins Producer Cooperative Assisted Group in Laikang Bay, Takalar Regency. The program enhances business skills, product quality, and market competitiveness through training, mentoring, and technology transfer. By improving processing techniques and management, this initiative supports economic empowerment and sustainability for local fishery-based businesses, fostering innovation and value-added products to strengthen the community’s economic resilience.

The PTM Research Grant (DRTPM-2022) examines the link between training management, training effectiveness, and teachers\' teaching creativity during COVID-19. A quantitative survey of 405 ASN teachers tested four hypotheses. Findings reveal that training management enhances training effectiveness, but its effect on teaching creativity is indirect, fully mediated by training effectiveness. This study underscores the role of effective training management in optimizing training outcomes and indirectly fostering teacher creativity in overcoming pandemic-era teaching challenges.

This study examines family-based HR development, focusing on the impact of religion-based family management on absolute poverty reduction in six districts/cities in South Sulawesi (DRTPM 2020-2024). Using SEM-Amos, findings reveal that religion-based family management significantly reduces absolute poverty by lowering short-term vision and uncontrolled consumption while improving Silaturahim quality. This research highlights how faith-based family management strengthens financial resilience in low-income families.
