This guideline book provides instructions on how to prevent the onset of Diabetes Mellitus (DM), how to prevent wounds/ulcers from worsening and becoming high-risk, and how to care for the feet of DM patients who already have wounds/ulcers. Therefore, this guideline book can be used by DM patients with foot wounds/ulcers, DM patients without wounds/ulcers, or individuals who have recently shown symptoms of DM.

The VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) Patch formula is aimed at reducing the diameter of diabetic wounds/ulcers in Type 2 Diabetes. The VCO preparation has undergone pre-clinical and clinical testing. The tests used in the VCO patch development process include organoleptic testing, pH testing, and thickness testing of the preparation. This invention can be applied to patients with diabetes mellitus who have wounds/ulcers. The treatment of diabetic wounds/ulcers so far has involved the use of VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil), which is primarily administered orally and topically. The administration of VCO in the form of a patch is considered more effective, efficient in its use, and has been shown to reduce the diameter by approximately 20% over two weeks of treatment with the invention.

The VCO Patch \'Dalle\'plast\' is an innovation in the treatment or healing of diabetic ulcers as a practical solution. Based on the research we conducted, Dalle\'plast has an effect on reducing the ulcer diameter in Diabetes Mellitus patients.
