The Faculty of Animal Science, Universitas Hasanuddin, hosted a public lecture featuring Dr. Emely J. Escala, an external collaborator of the Livestock Agribusiness Research Group led by Prof. Dr. Ir. Hastang, M.Si., IPU.
The lecture, titled “Climate-Resilient Animal Production: Eco-friendly Feed Resources for Sustainable Livestock Systems,” was held at the Faculty of Animal Science Auditorium and attended by students, lecturers, and researchers.
In her presentation, Dr. Escala from Capiz State University, Philippines, discussed strategies for promoting sustainable livestock production through the use of environmentally friendly feed resources. She highlighted the importance of developing resilient animal production systems that can adapt to the challenges posed by climate change.
This event also served as a platform for strengthening international collaboration between Universitas Hasanuddin and Capiz State University in advancing research and innovation in sustainable livestock agribusiness.
