Housing and settlement comprise higher proportion on land use, particularly in urban area. Achieving as sustainable development goal, land use planning particularly housing, should be integrated with the transport system. On the other hand, the development of local tourism that involves local participation should be address appropriately to support the achievement of sustainable development.
