This activity was conducted to identify soil texture and soil pH conditions in Anggeraja, a region characterized by hilly topography and predominantly acidic soils, using remote sensing data analysis. The study aimed to provide spatial information on soil characteristics to support land management, agricultural planning, and sustainable utilization of natural resources in the area.
Remote sensing techniques were utilized to analyze variations in land surface characteristics related to soil properties, enabling more efficient and broader spatial assessment compared to conventional field surveys. The resulting information is expected to assist researchers, local authorities, and farmers in understanding soil conditions, determining suitable land use practices, and improving agricultural productivity in the region.
