Solar Water Heating System Integrated with Thermal Storage

The research objective was to develop a solar water heating system that has better thermal performance. Integration of the system with thermal storage is done to reduce heat loss to the collector surface and maintain efficiency in variable weather conditions.

Photovoltaic Water Heating System

The research objective is to develop a solar water heating system based on photovoltaic cells.

Evacuated Tube Collectors

The research objective is to develop a better evacuated tube collector type solar water heating system with the integration of thermal storage to reduce heat loss to the collector surface and maintain efficiency in variable weather conditions.

Spiral Tube Water Heating System

The research objective is to develop a solar water heating system for small-scale hot water needs.

Sea Water Distillation System

The research objective is to develop a seawater desalination system for the freshwater needs of small islands in Indonesia. Seawater desalination systems have several methods, but in general there are two methods, namely, with hot steam (thermal) and membrane (reverse osmosis).

Ground Source Cooling System

The research objective is to develop an air conditioning system using a ground heat exchanger.
