The Nursing Management and Healthcare Quality Research Group is a leading center for
interdisciplinary research focused on improving nursing leadership, healthcare management,
and patient-centered care. Our work addresses critical challenges in healthcare delivery, policy
implementation, workforce management, and quality improvement to ensure safe, effective, and
equitable healthcare systems.
As a dynamic research hub, we collaborate with international institutions, government agencies,
and healthcare organizations to develop evidence-based strategies that drive meaningful
changes in nursing practice and healthcare quality. Our projects emphasize sustainability, digital
transformation, and policy innovation to enhance healthcare systems worldwide.
