FOOD CROPS VALUE CHAIN
WELCOME !
About FCVC Research Group
This research initiative brings together scholars and experts dedicated to addressing some of the most critical challenges in agricultural development: sustainable food production, inclusive value chains, and market competitiveness. Our team is committed to advancing research that strengthens food crop value chains, enhances agricultural productivity, and promotes equitable market access, ensuring a resilient and sustainable food system in South Sulawesi.
Inefficient agricultural value chains and limited market access remain significant barriers to achieving food security and economic stability for farmers. Many smallholder farmers face systemic challenges in improving productivity, accessing fair markets, and adopting sustainable practices. Through collaborative research, policy analysis, and innovative solutions, we aim to develop strategies that not only optimize food crop value chains but also empower farmers, strengthen agricultural markets, and promote sustainable and inclusive food systems for long-term resilience.
