Monday, June 2, 2025 — In order to strengthen the thematic research ecosystem, the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of Hasanuddin University held a Socialization and Contract Signing activity for the Thematic Research Group (TRG) Batch 4 Program , which took place in Meeting Room A of LPPM.
In his remarks, the Head of LPPM Unhas expressed his appreciation to the selected researchers, while emphasizing the importance of optimizing the two-year research implementation period in order to produce impactful and sustainable outputs. “We as LPPM managers have high hopes for the achievement of outputs for researchers, due to the fairly long research period and the research fund disbursement system that is given in one stage (100%),” he said.
The signing of this contract is a symbol of the academics’ commitment to conducting more focused, quality, and competitive research. Through TRG Batch 4, Unhas aims to enhance the quality of research that is not only relevant to academic needs but also addresses global challenges in various sectors.
With this program, LPPM Unhas emphasizes its role in supporting superior research that contributes to the development of science, technology, and research-based policies, in order to realize sustainable development. This activity also presents a technical presentation session on grant administration management, disbursement systems, to monitoring and evaluation reporting mechanisms. This forum is not only a place for signing contracts, but also as a space to strengthen understanding and coordination across research teams.
