Healthy aging is a process of achieving health and increasing life satisfaction for those who are 60 years old and above. However, to achieve the health condition, older people are challenged by several factors, including aging process, chronic diseases and health literacy status. This healthy aging could be enhanced by measuring current condition, risk factors, and designing appropriate intervention.
Our Mission
To enhance ability of older people with chronic diseases in achieving healthy aging condition.
