The Criminological Justice Research Group (CJRG) is a dedicated research collective focused on advancing the fields of criminology and criminal justice based on the Criminal Law Department, Faculty of Law Hasanuddin University. Established to bridge the gap between academic research and practical applications, the CJRG aims to explore innovative methodologies and technologies that can enhance crime prevention, legal reform, and justice delivery. The mission of the Criminological Justice Research Group is to conduct cutting-edge research that informs and transforms the fields of criminology and criminal justice. Aim
The primary aim of the CJRG is to integrate foundational research with technological advancements to create scalable solutions for contemporary challenges in criminology and justice. We focus on establishing a strong theoretical foundation in criminology and identifying areas for innovation, transforming research findings into practical digital tools and platforms that enhance crime analysis, prevention, and justice reform, and ensuring the effective implementation of research-based technologies in law enforcement and judicial systems, promoting community safety and legal efficiency.
