Adaptive Public Organization Research Group, which is part of the Department of Public Administration, Hasanuddin University, participated in the International Seminar on Tourism Development held at Takhsin University, Bangkok, Thailand. This seminar is a scientific forum that discusses issues of tourism policy and management in the Southeast Asia region, especially in Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia. This activity is a forum for the exchange of ideas and experiences between researchers and practitioners in responding to the challenges and opportunities for developing a sustainable tourism sector. The delegation from the Adaptive Public Organization Research Group consisted of the head and a number of TRG members, namely Prof. Dr. Gita Susanti, M.Si, Prof. Dr. Alwi, M.Si, Andi Ahmad Yani, S.Sos, MPA, M.Sc, Irma Ariyanti Arif, S.Sos, M.Si, and Nuralamsyah Ismail, S.Sos, MA. Participation in this seminar not only strengthens the group’s academic and research capacity, but also opens up opportunities for international collaboration with researchers and educational institutions in the region. It is hoped that this activity can be a gateway for the development of joint research, exchange programs, and strategic cooperation in strengthening public policies in the field of adaptive and innovative tourism.
